WHERE NO CAT HAS GONE BEFORE.

Hi – My name is Rex and I’m the Grand PooBah behind the Grand PooBox. Here’s the real story behind the only modern kitty litter box that’s purrr-fect for urban living.

I was thinking about boxes. I like boxes – shoeboxes, gift boxes and cardboard boxes. Litter boxes? Not so much, most are downright ugly and messy, if you ask me. But what’s a cat to do? Well, I decided to put my thinking fez on, and set out to design a modern kitty litter box – A box that would incorporate both a stylish look while containing scattered litter on the inside.
Easy, right? Then I got distracted by a bird!

The Grand PooBox is the real life story of the Human taking care of me along with Samson and Mr. Cat for years before me. She’s no stranger to the daily litter box cleaning. Coupled with a degree in interior design and challenged by living in small city environments, the Human had a “light bulb over head” moment while cleaning out my dirty litter box one day and thought, ”There must be a better way to maintain a tidy litter box environment” and BAM…The Grand PooBox was born.

AS SEEN ON T.V.

Out of the blue in late August, 2016, I heard from an LA casting agent regarding a new ABC TV reality show soon to be called “Funderdome” with host Steve Harvey. Months later after several auditions, the Grand Poobox made the cut and off to Hollywood I went to pitch to a live rowdy crowd of over 400 people…Check it out!

STEVE HARVEY’S FUNDERDOME – “Episode 113” – The seed-funding competition reality series “Steve Harvey’s FUNDERDOME” featuring two aspiring inventors going head-to-head to win over a live studio audience to fund their ideas, products or companies airs SUNDAY, AUGUST 20 (9:00-10:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network.
