If you are not 100% satisfied with your Grand PooBox purchase, we will accept product returns within a 30 day timeframe starting from the day product is received. Please contact Customer Support through our website at www.grandpoobox.com – Click on the “Contact” page and send us an email to initiate your return request.
A few key notes:
- All return products are required to be unused and in like-new condition with original box and packaging materials.
- Original shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. All return shipping fees are a customer responsibility.
- Please ship to the address Customer Support will provide.
- Allow 15 days from the time we receive your return shipment to be inspected and the refund issued.
After 30 days we will reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange requests.
